2009 REPORTING CALENDAR UPDATED

Trieste, 3 March 2009. The Board of Directors meeting for approval of the draft 2008 financial statements of AcegasAps Spa, originally scheduled for Tuesday 10 March 2009, will be held on Tuesday 24 March 2009. The date of the annual general meeting for approval of the 2008 financial statements has therefore also been postponed to Monday 27 April 2009 on first call and Tuesday 28 April 2009 on second call.
